Multichannel Insertion Loss Test System.

With up to 16 source channels, for singlemode or multimode operation this instrument offers various source and detector options to precisely measure insertion loss (IL) on multichannel fiber cable, and MTP or MPO terminated ribbon fibers.

Features

Insertion loss (IL) on fiber optical components is measured fast and accurately with the OP815. The insertion loss is measured by utilizing the built in stabilized laser or LED source in combination with the precision optical power meter. Like all other OptoTest equipment the OP815 supports the USB interface. The OPL-Pro turnkey application software fully integrates this instrument into the data acquisition process of the highly efficient production line.
